Service and responsible party
Ralven is an independent Vemryx application for Windows diagnostics, maintenance and controlled optimizations, as well as application and Games features. FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Microsoft and Google are trademarks of their respective owners and do not sponsor Ralven.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms or authorization from your legal guardian. Account data must be truthful and current and may not impersonate third parties, violate rights or mislead other users.
Account and security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity on your account. Do not share passwords, attempt to access third-party accounts or bypass authentication controls. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported through official channels.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Ralven license. Exploiting vulnerabilities, automating abusive registrations, interfering with the service, bypassing safety limits, distributing malware, violating third-party rights or using the account for fraud is prohibited.
Operations on your computer
Ralven presents and explains actions before execution, enforces safety limits and provides rollback where technically possible. Results depend on the state of Windows, hardware, permissions, drivers and third-party software. Review the proposed plan and do not interrupt critical operations in progress.
Data and privacy
Processing of account data, Google sign-in, diagnostics and reports follows the Privacy Policy published by Vemryx. Account data is not sold, and optional controls remain separate from account creation.
Availability, updates and warranty
The service may receive fixes, updates and changes compatible with security and operation. Ralven is provided as is within the limits allowed by law, without a promise of universal performance gains or uninterrupted availability.
Suspension and termination
Sessions or accounts may be restricted to protect the service, investigate abuse, correct a security risk or comply with a legal obligation. You may request access, correction or deletion of account data through official channels, subject to legally required retention.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be presented in the app or through official channels. When new acceptance is required, Ralven will request confirmation before affected account features can continue to be used.
Governing law and contact
The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply, including data protection and consumer laws where applicable. Questions, account requests or legal notices must be sent to contato@vemryx.com.
