Data processed on the website
The public pages have no form, user account or advertising. Two things on this website involve your data beyond the contact channels below: a cookie and local storage that keep your choices, and, only if you accept, anonymous measurement of visits. The legal basis for the cookie and local storage is our legitimate interest in delivering the website you asked to see (LGPD, art. 7, IX). The legal basis for measurement is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). Legal entity: Vemryx Inova Simples (I.S.), CNPJ 69.842.947/0001-46.
Cookie and local storage
This website sets one cookie, vemryx_consent. It is first-party and strictly necessary: it remembers whether you accepted or rejected measurement, so we do not ask again on every page. It is set only when you make a choice, lasts 180 days and is shared across vemryx.com and its subdomains, so your choice also applies to Vemryx Aero (aero.vemryx.com) and Vemryx Solutions (solutions.vemryx.com). It holds only your choice, never an identifier. Your browser’s local storage also keeps the language and the theme (light or dark) you choose, so the site opens the way you left it. Neither is used for advertising or to track you across sites.
Vemryx Aero and Vemryx Solutions have their own privacy policies; they share this consent cookie, not this notice.
Measurement of visits
Measurement starts only after you select Accept; until then, and if you reject, nothing is measured or sent. If you accept, we record anonymous, aggregated data to understand how the site is used and to improve it: the page viewed (its path, without the query string, except the campaign tags utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign when the link has them), the language, the referring site (domain only), country, device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), clicks on the contact and download links, page-loading speed (Core Web Vitals) and technical errors. We never record your IP address, your browser’s User-Agent, other parts of the query string, any identifier of you or your device, or text you type. Because nothing identifies you, we cannot link these records to a person.
The data is processed on Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine) and kept for up to 3 months. The User-Agent is used only to tell phones, tablets and computers apart and to discard automated traffic, and the IP address only to limit abusive traffic; neither is written to the measurement data. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal: nothing is measured and the banner is not shown. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Privacy preferences” in the footer of any page; measurement stops immediately.
Separately, downloads of the Ralven installer from this website are counted on the server, only as a total by country and device type, with no identifier and regardless of this choice; that count uses no cookies or local storage.
Contact by email or WhatsApp
When you choose one of these channels, we process the data you send — such as your name, contact details, and message — to answer your request, prepare a proposal, and conduct the relationship you requested, based on our legitimate interest in assisting you (LGPD, art. 7, IX). The message is sent through the service you choose and is also subject to that service’s privacy policy.
Infrastructure and sharing
The website and account services use Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery, security, APIs and databases; authentication uses Google Firebase Authentication. Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Brazil, which the LGPD treats as an international transfer. Data is shared only with providers required to operate the service, communication services you choose, or when required by law. Vemryx does not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Measurement data is kept for up to 3 months. The consent cookie lasts 180 days, and the language and theme stay in your browser until you clear them. We keep contact and project data for as long as needed to answer the request. Account data remains while the account is active and for as long as needed for security, legal obligations or protection of legal rights; it is then deleted or anonymized where applicable. Tokens follow their own lifetimes and protections. We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data processed.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, portability, deletion of data processed with your consent, information about sharing, information about the possibility of refusing consent and its consequences, and withdrawal of consent. You may also object to processing carried out on a legal basis other than consent if it does not comply with the law. Measurement data holds no identifier, so we cannot find or change records about a particular person; to stop it, withdraw your consent under “Privacy preferences” in the footer. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may also file a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
